Dr. Wesley A. Fisher is Director of Research of the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, Inc. and the Head of Claims Conference of the World Jewish Restitution Organization Looted Art and Cultural Property Initiative. Dr. Fisher will provide a worldwide overview of Nazi-era looted art from the end of WWII to the present. He will also discuss the role of the United States and Israel and speak specifically about the unique issues concerning looted Judaica.
