Canned Meats (Stews, Corned Beef, Spam, Chicken, Turkey), Shelf Stable Milk (Parmalat, Borden etc), Canned Fruit (regular & no sugar), Spaghetti Sauce, Canned Pastas (Ravioli, Spaghettios, Beefaroni, etc.), Tuna,  Juice   (Plastic bottles, juice boxes), Macaroni & Cheese, Pasta, “Creamy” Peanut Butter & Jelly, White or Brown Rice (regular & mixes), Canned Soup, Cereal (Hot & Cold), Pancake Mix “Complete” & Syrup
