* Dr. Peter Starvianidis has done extensive research on the history of Greek Jewry and is in the process of publishing his findings in the near future. Besides being a successful entrepreneur running his family businesses as a 4th generation jeweler/gemologist - Dr. Peter is also an educator teaching as an adjunct professor college level courses. His research includes studies on attitudes and behaviors on the intergenerational integration of immigrants in the American social landscape and the evolution of America to a multicultural society in the 21st century.
