Trio Metaphora presents an evening of Latin songs and dances from the Gilded Age to Mid-Century to the early 1970’s. The interactive listening program starts with dances in Spain, travels to Mexico for folk melodies and popular Canciones, then to the colorful and melodious streets of Rio, and finally to the fire and romance of Buenos Aires.
Doors open at 7:00 pm. Admission: $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for college students with ID, $5.00 for ages 10-17. No charge for children under 10. Light refreshments will be available for purchase.
Trio Metaphora consists of Roe Goodman (Professor Emeritus of Rutgers University and Principal
Bassoon (retired) of the Princeton Symphony), and clarinetists Mark Sloss and Lindsey Malko.
